One of the obstacles facing small business is the perceived cost of obtaining legal advice. Advice at an early stage can often save significant cost and avoid unnecessary worry. Regent Law Small Business Service was introduced so that you can access high quality legal advice at the time you need it most, without having to worry about cost. For a registration fee of $200 plus GST ($225) we will assist you in the following ways:
We will provide you with a telephone support service - 10 free telephone sessions to discuss any topics concerning you and your business. We can advise you in relation to a range of issues including business premises and leases, financing your business, employment issues, terms and conditions, your website, contractual issues and sorting out disputes.
We will provide you with 2 free appointments (to a maximum of 1 hour) to discuss areas of concern to you and your business. If you prefer, it may be possible for those appointments to take place at your business premises or outside normal business hours.
We can refer you to other support services which may assist in other areas of your business.
We will provide a newsletter from time to time with topics of concern to small businesses.
If your telephone discussions or appointments point to the need for additional legal work we will provide that legal work to you at a special rate which will be carefully discussed with you prior to undertaking the work.
