Categories of Visas and Permits
Long Term Business Visa
The long term business visa provides you with a 2 year working visa to operate and manage a business investment in NZ while maintaining your residence in your home country and preserving your primary source of income. This visa enables you to either invest in an existing business in NZ or commence your own business venture. You may consider relocating an existing business to New Zealand.
Investor Category
The investor category enables investor migrants to apply for residence simply on the strength of their funds available for investment in NZ. Clearly, substantial funds are required to meet the criteria.
Entrepreneur Category
The entrepreneur category enables you to apply for residence if you have already held a business investment or operated a business in NZ for a period of 2 years.
Skilled Migrant
The skilled migrant category is the main category under which the majority of applications for residence are lodged. We can assist with all aspects of applying under this category, including the Expression of Interest which is the first step towards qualification. We can advise you on the best way to proceed.
