* These prices include GST and disbursements. Building reports and valuations are not included. We may charge you on a pro-rata basis if your transaction does not proceed due to the non-satisfaction of finance or other conditions. We will charge you for any disbursements incurred to that point and for any additional attendances on your behalf. Our fees are based on a straight forward transaction. We will advise you if additional attendances and charges are likely to be incurred. These prices are at a special rate and only apply if paid in full on or before settlement of your transaction.
